Rosanna Fall/Winter Products Create Connections & Traditions in Every Dish

Leading Tableware Designer Reminds Us to Slow Down & Connect

New York, NY – As attendees to the New York International Gift show in August meet the Diva of Dishes, Rosanna Bowles, they will be reminded to live in the moment and truly connect. That’s the subtle message found in every Rosanna dish and the mantra Rosanna shares with the world in everything she does.

“I designed our new collections to help with the creation of daily rituals,” explains Bowles. “Human beings hunger for connection now more than ever, and our daily rituals of connecting with one another help to build a lifetime of fulfillment and happiness.” Rosanna’s ideas mirror a time when people were present with the world around them, the claim of having “no time” wasn’t heard, and gratitude and appreciation were more common.

These themes are also ever-present in her lifestyle book, Coming Home: A Seasonal Guide to Creating Family Traditions which, following a successful printing, became available for download as an e-book last month. Hoping to help others create their own traditions with examples, guidelines, reminders, and over 50 recipes, Rosanna penned this book as an homage to the values her mother taught her growing up. “The foundation on which we built our lives was based in the life lessons that these wise and caring people taught us,” Bowles explains.

It is in this spirit that Rosanna created her Fall/Winter Collection. Her newest products will be on display at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, Booth 3462, during the New York International Gift Fair, August 14-18, 2011. Rosanna will also be available for appointments during that time.

About Coming Home: A Seasonal Guide to Creating Family Traditions

Taking her cues from the seasons’ changing moods, Rosanna creates a calendar of activities, rituals, and celebrations that will bring you back home in the deepest and most fulfilling sense. Howard Schultz, CEO of Starbucks, stated, “Coming Home conveys the importance of connecting at the dinner table and beyond, rituals that we often overlook in these hectic times.” Coming Home is published by Stewart, Tabori, & Chang and can also be downloaded at zinio.com
