Return Policy

Returns are accepted for full credit up to 14 days from the date the package carrier says the package was delivered.

  • Email info@rosannainc.com with your order number (listed on your packing list), and the reason for the return. You will receive an electronic return label.
  • Print this label and adhere it to the return package.
  • Drop the package off at any UPS store or drop off location. If the company you work for has regular UPS deliveries or pick ups they will take your package.

Please Note:

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Returns made to rosannainc.com will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
  • When returning items pack them well to avoid breakage. Pack them in original packing materials when possible.
  • You will receive your refund within one week of our receipt of the item.
  • Rosanna products purchased anywhere other than rosannainc.com cannot be returned. Please contact the original seller about their return policy.
  • Damages and defective merchandise occur occasionally.
  • Report the specific item and problem immediately to info@rosannainc.com
  • You will receive a reply with further instructions. Do not return the damaged or defective merchandise unless instructed to do so.
